Created various forms of training documentation to assist bringing new team members on board (coding standard, software development process, and existing software architecture). Migrating to Agile/Scrum based development process. Added Static Analysis to development process.• Test and evaluate components. Worked with RF Engineers to determine and document micro-controller requirements. This includes software controlled bias loops, local oscillator nulling, automatic transmit power control, and temperature compensation algorithms.• Design included one binary to support ten different hardware implementations (for different RF bands), and both TX and RX modules.• Document micro-controller design.
