Stephen Caulfield is a Senior Frontend Developer at Cadent. He possess expertise in microsoft excel, microsoft office, powerpoint, social media, microsoft word and 45 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I hired Stephen in Spring 2016 as my Front End Intern. His initial tenure was only to be 3 months. I was his Mentor/Manager so I worked directly with him day-to-day. Assigning tasks, reviewing code, explaining new concepts, etc. I chose Stephen out of 23 smart, keen applicants and he was eager to make his mark, get some experience and begin his web development career. Despite being brand new to the industry he made an immediate impact helping us build out our ever-changing-requirements React web application. Stephen was well aware of his lack of experience but he turned that negative into a positive. Every day he pushed, probed, learned, absorbed and conquered all put before him. He began with small pieces of work, bug fixes but by the end of his Internship he was a vital member of team. Stephen had taken ownership of some key pieces of the application. This dedication and drive made it easy for Neon Labs (myself in complete agreement) to offer Stephen a full-time role. After this change in position, he continued his upward trajectory and helped guide the app to a number of key releases. He is a pleasant, friendly, sociable guy and I enjoyed many an office chat with him about a range of topics.
