Helped teach children, ages six to 13 years old, how to complete and design rocket and robotic kits, solar boats, solar cars, and wood derby cars using a variety of tools such as hacksaws, power sanders, hot glue guns, screwdrivers, wire-cutters, and vice-grips.

Conducted inventory of all phone lines on campus that needed to have new models installed. Went to Install new phones for University staff. Organized materials and equipment. My main task was locating and recording the active data connections in the Science building and matching them with their appropriate switch number.

I organized data into Excel spread sheets and worked on methods to keep updated information on interdepartmental issues. I communicated with clients in both English and Spanish over the the status of their case with ACS. I recruited new providers to apply to become a part of the Early Learn Network. Lastly I screened calls, filed packets, and attended.
