This was a mid-sized development team using a SCRUMdevelopment cycle and utilizing the Atlassian suite of tools for processes management. In mytime on this project I went from just starting out as a developer to driving the overallarchitecture of the product and development processes.

I worked in the Prophecy department, which is the group that takes a patient's medical images and turns them in virtual 3D models. The surgery is then planned out in SolidWorks with the help of VBA automation to determine the implant placement and cut guides virtually, this saves time in the operating room and make the experience less traumatic on the patient.
