I am a seasoned tax professional with over 30 years of experience in industry and consulting, serving as a tax director, a corporate controller, and a partner at leading firms. I have a proven track record of developing and implementing tax strategies that align with the business objectives and growth plans of my clients, ranging from public companies to operating partnerships to high-tech startups. As a principal at VPTax, Inc., I work as the fractional "VP of Tax" for some of the coolest early-stage, high-growth companies in the world, making hyper-technical areas of tax understandable and manageable for entrepreneurs and their leadership teams. I also co-founded Tax Prodigy, a tax technology company that revolutionizes how tax professionals deliver ASC 740 calculations (income tax provisions). I am passionate about getting important stuff done accurately and efficiently, leveraging my expertise in tax compliance, provision, credits, incentives, and international expansion. I enjoy supporting these dynamic companies through all stages of their life cycle, from inception to exit, and beyond.
