I am an enthusiastic person with an employment background as a Business and Service Delivery Analyst mainly in the energy services and IT sectors and I am looking to develop and indeed widen my business experience.The skills I have acquired would be valuable in a wide range of business situations. My strengths in IT and Business Analysis are considerable, but I firmly believe that my greatest assets and successes are when working with colleagues, outside agencies and developing relationships with customers. I have enjoyed the satisfaction and respect gained by working with and helping my co-workers to produce high class solutions and outcomes to projects.I consider myself to be an industrious and committed individual and I enjoy the challenge of hard work. Working in team situations I am energetic and motivational and I foster a problem solving ethos. I have the ability to support departments, manage small teams and assist with the co-ordination of projects. I am used to working within strict contractual deadlines and I set high professional standards. It is always my aim to focus on the outcomes of business tasks and ultimately deliver first class customer service. I am a self-motivated person, always willing to learn new systems and working practices. It is important to me that I continually improve my business performance through training and the guidance of others. In this way I am convinced that I can add value and deliver improvement to any organisation.

The original Gang Maintenance and Training project briefs expanded into a UK companywide project to correct and maintain the recording and reporting of all past and present employee specific records.• The project span across multiple departments and took into account multiple directorate stakeholders from the business combining resources to allow for the implementation of both a new system, the creation of a data warehouse and reporting environment, but also training members of the team throughout. Creating an interim and future process to cleanse the systems and servers, and ensure accurate and quality training records, ready to be housed, going forward.• The agreed solution was created and implemented to risk associated and deemed problem areas over time. Initially across a sample of client contracts in all fields within the business, involving implementing change, both external to the core business functionality, i.e. 3rd party suppliers and internal to both shared services and IT Service departments, as required. -

Working with the team to provide general solutions for a project based technology refresh programme, whilst helping to support over 1500 business users via an IT Service Desk, during a company migration exercise.• Adhering to ITIL processes and capabilities, ensuring they could be implemented correctly across the business. Playing the role of PM and supporting the creation of a new Operational IT Training Suite. Helped support the creation of the IT Service Catalogue. • I was additionally responsible for helping Implement the ITIL based environment covering aspects of Service Desk, Problem, Change and Incident Management, along with the majority of Service Operation Capabilities. I initiated the Service Desk Major Incident Management procedures and created a company satisfaction process to be followed. I played a key role in identifying Service Improvements.• During this time, i helped manage, coordinate and work alongside our third party IT Service Provider, Wipro Technologies, where I helped identify, analyse and report on the Supplier Management KPI’s required. On a weekly and monthly basis managing and reporting on the SLA outputs of the IT Service Desk and feeding this information to the relevant Teams.
