Community Team Leader
CurrentKey Responsibilities:• Conducting performance reviews, scorecard reviews• Holding monthly one-on-one meetings with team members • Coordinating team holidays schedules• Making real-time adjustments to the team’s rota• Monitoring live dashboards to ensure team performance• Tracking and resolving site-specific issues• Collaborating with key decision makers and closely working with the Product Team • Collecting and presenting performance statistics• Handling people management issues• Conduct training initiatives• Involvement in the recruitment process• Assist HR department with disciplinary actions
