During my time at Deloitte, I supported clients across the private and public sectors to navigate and solve their toughest problems, with a particular focus on business-level strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement. In this role, I led Deloitte’s relationship with the Institute of Public Administration New Zealand - New Professionals Group and provided support to an internal Client Service Leadership Team.

In this role I worked as a key member of the central party campaign team, responsible for advising 40+ local electorate campaigns and candidates on their ground game and the use of proprietary data tools. This position was during a career break from my standard role as a management consultant.

In this role I was responsible for teaching 40 undergraduate students during mandatory class sessions, providing teaching support outside of class times, and marking tests and assignments. I worked directly with the lecturer (a full-time faculty member) and a small team of tutors. This role was in support of a 200-level core international business paper, focused on small-to-medium enterprise internationalization.
