Originally starting at e3 when it was a new media company as a Multimedia Designer for interactive CD-ROMs, Websites and Kiosks the company soon focused on corporate eLearning. During my time at e3 I held many positions within the company including:Multimedia Designer - Design off the shelf and Client CD-ROM products, websites, presentations and kiosks.Project Manager - Managing the build of e3 library and client course through the pipeline. Production Manager - Managing production team (workload and scheduling)Creative Director - Shaping the look and direction of e3 coursewareCreative Lead - Product Systems - Creating a Job Management System that controlled job workflow through departments. Create a library management tool that tracked e3 Library products, version history and update cycle. It also generated PDF resources for the sales team.

ETC grew from the Flexible Delivery Unit at the Onkaparinga Institute of TAFE. It was designed to offer support, staff training, specialist expertise and to develop interactive multimedia products for use within educational settings but expanded into creating content for commercial partners.
