I started as a trainee in pastry kitchen at Waters Edge, Sri Lanka in 2017 then got promoted as a 3rd Commi Chef after 6 months and worked at the same hotel from 2017 February to 2018 September. After that I joined Jetwing hotels in 2019 April & worked there until 2021 November. I moved to Qatar with an offer to work at Gastronomy Chain Restaurant and I'm still currently working there as a Pastry Chef.
