CurrentMy most recent focus has been working with our data science and engineering teams to develop services and applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), such as the Autodesk Assistant chatbot and various classification models. This includes designing scalable content pipelines for RAG-based solutions, informing our ML Ops practices, data operations for instrumenting model performance, and considering the scalability and reusability of models and other solutions across the company. In addition to this data science focus, I am also responsible for architecting a variety of customer-facing applications and services within the domains of customer support and success. I am also responsible for working with teams across the company to provide thought leadership for best-practices and forward-looking technical strategy.My last major project was leading the development of a highly flexible customer-facing Learning platform that enables content authoring at scale and instrumenting customer learning behavior.In past positions at Autodesk, I have architected multiple web destinations with varying complexity using the Drupal CMS, internal cloud services, and AWS components. I was also an engineering manager with multiple, globally distributed reports, both full-time and contractors, as well as being responsible for vendor management.
