As the Forestry Division Director, I oversee all forestry and wood supply activities within the company and its subsidiaries in Denmark, Germany, and the Baltics. With over 12 years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the division, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and sustainability standards.My core competencies include people management, strategy deployment, supply chain management, forest management, and strategic communication. I have led and supported multiple projects and initiatives that have enhanced the efficiency, profitability, and innovation of the forestry and wood supply operations, as well as the environmental and social impact of the company. I am also a board member of the Danish Forest Association and HD Forest, where I contribute to the development and advocacy of the forestry sector in Denmark and abroad. I hold a MSDS Diploma in Service Management from SIMI and a BS in Forestry from Skovskolen.
