Monitored and underwrote $320 million in problem assets while leading the effort in the Denver office to ensure federal compliance in the Western Region (Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, West Texas). Included approximately 50 loans (mainly commercial real estate, but not exclusively). • Generated millions in savings through portfolio asset protection of land, residential buildings, condos, farms, businesses, credits that the bank did not have to foreclose on.• Restructured multiple loans, enabling borrowers to keep their properties and continue paying.• Evaluated non-performing credits/problem assets held by the bank and assisted in generating and implementing action plans for workouts, restructurings or foreclosures.
