My OutdoorTV provides the leading voice and vision to millions of outdoorsmen and women around the world. My OutdoorTV (MOTV) launched their international outdoor streaming service in Europe in 2018, and has since worked on building their European audience base.Using my knowledge and experience from Scandinavian hunting industry, as well as my skills in digital marketing, I have assisted MOTV on their journey to connect with new customers in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Areas of responsibility:- Development of the new International SVOD Hunters Video Channel- Redesign and re-launch of the Hunters Video brand in the European market.- Marketing strategy, planning and analysis.- Design and UX for Hunters Video Channel.- Marketing execution for all digital and offline channels.

- Development of an International marketing organisation with marketing, prepress and PR professionals.- Automation of large International production workflows- Modernisation of company IT and marketing infrastructure- Development of new visual communications strategy for Härkila, including re-planning of international photo shoots and development of in-house studio for effective and flexible product photography.- Introduction of new marketing structure and planning for International business platform of 16 markets - Successfully developing Härkila of Scandinavia from a national Swedish brand, to an Internationally known and respected top end brand within the hunting business.- Development of Härkila online strategy and web platform www.harkila.com- Re-design of the brand and communication platform for the Seeland brand- Member of the executive advisory board of Hunters Video A/S

Main tasks and achievements:- People management of IT and Prepress/production teams.- Development of IT and publishing software/hardware infrastructures.- Strategic development of in-house digital publishing platform.- Development of new publishing workflow systems for 12 international magazines, including Science Illustrated, Bo Bedre, National Geographic and I form.- Establishment and management of in house studio for product photography.- Establishment of in-house International prepress and production department to service Bonnier Publications A/S companies in Scandinavia.- Development of automated color correction workflow for cost and time optimisation in the production of international magazine titles.
