For more than twenty years, I've navigated the realms of leadership, data strategies and community building, achieving international recognition as a speaker in the data domain. My journey began in 2001 when I co-founded a digital agency, driven by the belief that digital solutions must prioritize organizational goals. This vision was the foundation of my career, guiding me as I sought to deepen the strategic potential of data, which led me to co-found another agency in 2005, aiming to leverage data more effectively.Fast forward to today, and my company, IIH Nordic, stands resilient with a team of 60 specialists, celebrated as the best Danish Analytics House ten times and receiving international acclaim. My personal accolades, including nominations from the Digital Analytics Association, are a testament to my commitment to this field.In 2017, I helped spearhead a bold initiative at IIH Nordic, introducing a 30-hour workweek while maintaining full salaries, a first for a company of our size globally. This decision was driven by a vision to enhance productivity and work-life balance, earning us the title of “Best Place to Work” for three consecutive years.My passion for data and its transformative power has taken me around the world, from Silicon Valley to Mumbai, sharing insights on the practical, strategic, and ethical use of data. I've always believed in the intersection of data and business value, advocating for this fusion to drive organizational success.But beyond the achievements and accolades, I see myself as a commercial thinker, a motivator, and a leader committed to fostering understanding and growth within my team and the broader community. My efforts to establish the largest free digital analytics event in Denmark and bring MeasureCamp to the Nordics exemplify this commitment.Looking back on my career so far, it's clear that it has been a confluence of data, leadership, and community building. As I continue on this path, I remain dedicated to exploring the potential of data and inspiring others to do the same.
