-Oversee all operations: shipping and receiving, planning the unload and reverse logistics for all trucks received, prepping the stockroom, getting merchandise on the floor, moving fixtures, replenishment of merchandise, daily bank deposits, training, and setting the floor for all new/seasonal merchandise.-Accountable for scheduling all support functions: writing weekly schedule for Pricing/Signing, truck process, visual presentation and floor moves.-Worked closely with our out source maintenance team to ensure all preventative maintenance and work orders are completed.-Completed orders for entire store supplies: support, sales floor, office, and visual needs.

-Oversee all daily operations; profitability, turnover, training, food quality, staffing, guest relations, efficiency, and productivity.-Graduated top of training class of 18 trainees and received AMP (Advanced Management Program) Honors.-Put in AGM (Accelerated General Manager) program after 2nd month out of training.

-Oversee all restaurant operations and manager development.-Increased restaurant ranking from 826 to 349, based on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Sales, Profits, Turnover, GEM% (Survey from guests), MEE (My Employee Engagement) and AvT (Actual vs Theoretical Inventory).-Moved our MEE scores from a 25% to most recent score of 87%. Survey taken by team members about restaurant & management.-Decreased turnover from 126% to 63%.
