APA is one of the largest diversified talent agencies in Los Angeles. Headquartered in Beverly Hills with offices in international entertainment and marketing hubs (New-York, London, etc).Our Branding + Digital department is responsible for the agency clients' brand partnerships and is divided into two teams:• Celebrity Endorsement• Digital Influencer MarketingAs the business development manager for the department, I have the opportunity to work closely with both of the teams. My role consists of analyzing the different markets, building our celebrity/influencer brand pitches, and strategizing on how to approach relevant brands. Creating & developing relationships with current and new agency partners (advertising, media or PR agencies) is also an important part of my role.

HechoEn72 is a full service marketing & production company situated in 72andSunny. Alongside the managing director, brand director and creative director of Hecho, my role consisted of facilitating the communications with new clients (including SYFY & Murad Skincare). I was also in charge of making sure the internal creative/strategic process was going smoothly. For SYFY, NBCUniversal asked us to work on the rebranding of the channel coinciding with its 25th Anniversary. For Murad Skincare, we were tasked to come up and execute a social campaign "Eyes Up" (campaign goal was to teach consumers about the negative effects of cell phones on the skin).

Working on brands such as Carl's Jr./Hardee's, Truth, and General Mills "Totino's & Old El Paso," my brand position taught me the fundamentals of the client/agency relationship. It also opened up my mind to the incredible and broad marketing tactics available to brands (traditional media, digital media, influencer marketing, and experiential). My role was to help coordinate the team's efforts to build and execute national advertising campaigns. The team was composed of the most brilliant creatives, strategists and business affairs associates in the ad industry.

During this first time at APA, I assisted the head of the Branding + Digital department. As his executive assistant, my main duties included scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. I was lucky to assist one the most visionary agents in the celebrity branding industry who also was eager to teach me the tricks of the job. Taking me with him to creative development and marketing meetings, I got the chance to assist in the launch of the most successful fashion brand licensed by TARGET called "Who What Wear" (Parent company Clique Media - APA client). I also overviewed the launch of celebrity client Shay Mitchell "Fit To Wander," an athleisure collection launched at KOHL'S.

Opus Beauty is a premier artist management agency representing fashion stylists, hair stylists, make-up artists, prop stylists and production designers.After assisting the CEO and Founder of the agency, I was promoted to Jr. Agent. My role consisted of representing the interests of some of the clients. This position helped me build an incredible network of contacts through various industries such as advertising, music, and fashion.
