Leading the adipogenic differentiation developments. Involved in growth optimisation and cell line development.

As a teamleader I am responsible to leave the supermarket stocked up and neat for the next day. To accomplish this I lead 2 teams, one (around 10 people) to make the shelves look comercially attractive followed by a large team (around 20 people) to stock up the shelves. During the evening and occasionally on Sunday my responsibility is to keep the store running. My focus is on personal development of teammembers and good communication and teamwork between the different store sections.

When I started working here, I started as a teammembers to re-stock the shelves. After I went to Norway for half a year I could come back and were promoted to a new function. In this function I had the responsibility to do a control of the products that did not fit in the shelves. Part of this function was checking the quality of the work done by the other members and correcting them. Regular I asked for feedback, which lead to increased freedom to perform my job, eventually leading to promotion.
