I am working as an operational delivery manager at Virology Consult. I am using my project management and business analysis skills from my previous roles. I worked in BT from Jan 2004 to Oct 2015 & have primarily worked as a business analyst.BT Directories since 2004 to Nov 2014 during which time I was a Business Analyst for 5 years & then spent a year as a project manager & resource manager and then 18 months as a systems tester. I moved back working as a Business Analyst in 2012. In 2014 I moved to BT IT Services as a Business Analyst for a year. I have a wealth of experience in BT Directories, especially in the following operational areas: order processing, customer services, proofing to customer, studio, document scanning, finance operational processes, online operations.I have worked on varying projects within the Phone Book, Data & Online.I spent 9 months in an Acting Team Manager role for the business analyst team. This ended due to the 50% reduction in staff in IT, with only 1 out of 3 roles being available. I successfully implemented customer discount structures on advanced pricing, inventory management, invoicing, accounts payable and sales order processing.• Worked in conjunction with Arthur Andersen consultants as part of the implementation of JD Edwards WorldSoftware.• Introduced a helpdesk for the day to day support of the systems and users, allowing analyst / programmers to spend more un-interrupted time developing and testing, leading to a 20% increase in throughput.• Initiated a new solution for the major accounts for consolidation of ordering and invoicing across the Hallmark group. This reduced the customers’ administration by 20%.
