I am working as an operational delivery manager at Virology Consult. I am using my project management and business analysis skills from my previous roles. I worked in BT from Jan 2004 to Oct 2015 & have primarily worked as a business analyst.BT Directories since 2004 to Nov 2014 during which time I was a Business Analyst for 5 years & then spent a year as a project manager & resource manager and then 18 months as a systems tester. I moved back working as a Business Analyst in 2012. In 2014 I moved to BT IT Services as a Business Analyst for a year. I have a wealth of experience in BT Directories, especially in the following operational areas: order processing, customer services, proofing to customer, studio, document scanning, finance operational processes, online operations.I have worked on varying projects within the Phone Book, Data & Online.I spent 9 months in an Acting Team Manager role for the business analyst team. This ended due to the 50% reduction in staff in IT, with only 1 out of 3 roles being available.
