Teaching HR Essential Skills in the Human Resources Certificate program for the Bryant University Executive Education and Career Accelerator. Course topics include Emotional Intelligence, Developing Positive Relationships, Personal Brand, Influencing Others, and Managing Difficult Conversations.

Teaching in the MBA and Graduate level programs in Labor Relations and Human Resources. Specializing in HR Development, HR Structure, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring, Communication, Change Management, and Career Pathing and Mobility.

Manages the development, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of graduate, professional and executive academic programs in the URI College of Business, including for-credit and non-credit offerings. Ensures PEBE program success through recruitment and outreach, admissions and enrollment, academic advising, career counseling, operations and event management. Serves as a key member of the PEBE team, setting and executing graduate and professional program strategy in the URI College of Business.

● Winter 2022 - Present: Created an original training curriculum consisting of multimedia instructional materials, including video content and interactive webinar tools, for the National Academy of Arbitrators NE Region DEIB Committee’s first-ever educational program on implicit bias. Facilitated workshops and conducted subsequent program evaluations, reporting on program impact via Qualtrics.● Spring 2022 - Fall 2022: Built & established partner relationships for the Rhode Island CEO Council across 76 member organizations and a dozen vendor teams. Planned, marketed, and presented monthly events for an average of 50 top executive attendees (Presidents, CEOs, Executive Directors, Managing Directors, Managing Partners, or General Managers).

● Instructs, evaluates, and mentors an average of 185 undergraduate students per semester in Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, & Human Resources. Creates engaging course modules for both e-learning and in-person adult education environments.● Collaborates with the SLRC Advisory Committee to evaluate and update graduate program curricula, develop innovative programming such as training workshops and seminars, and improve recruiting and student engagement strategies. ● Plans, promotes, and moderates bi-annual labor arbitration and employment law conferences, which draw an average of 150 HR, labor, legislative, and government agency leaders. Secures sponsorships to support the annual Tri-State SHRM Conference.● Manages marketing campaigns, social media, and website content for the Labor Research Center’s events and programs.● Plans and presents professional development and campus community engagement events for URI’s SHRM chapter. ● Coaches junior members, develops leaders, and designs succession plans for the URI SHRM Executive Board as Chapter President.

● Co-designed a year-long employee engagement program with monthly presentations, activities, and discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, wellness, talent development, and recognition for a team of 15-20 individuals.● Led the Training, Morale & Recognition, and Team Building Area of Focus (Center of Excellence) teams, which determined methods for improving employee experience, success, and retention.● Developed and facilitated training curricula, SOPs & resource guides for internal, interdepartmental, and cross-site teams.

● Led a team of 5 interns in researching and analyzing over 40 US state government internship programs. Presented a comparison report of oversight and outcomes, recruitment and staffing methods, intern compensation, alumni engagement programs, and pandemic response strategies.

● Optimized retail buying process via conscientious brand research, trend prediction, sales analysis, order tracking, ROI forecasting, budget planning, and inventory replenishment.● Trained, supervised, and developed a sales staff of 3-5 individuals. Assisted with interviewing seasonal candidates and onboarding new hires.
