Contributed to servicing the logistics & Environment ministry of hope church by actively serving in church , satisfied over 80+ services with 95% satisfaction ratings.Assisted in reducing infection rates of church members by sanitizing the entire church auditorium and conducted Covid trace check-ins in the span over 20 different services.Supported as the backbone of the environment ministry by covering multiple services as replacement for the sick , unwell and those who left the ministry. An administrative assistant role serving in the National servicemen branch of Participation command.Effectively sorted out records of over at least 30 rows of NSmen entry records by writing a program which filters date and time of over 9 squadrons with a satisfied 100% accuracy per use.Assisted in managing over the records of 100+ NS men by cross referencing data in Excel and crawling through various excel sheet to assist in reducing overall effort for such tasks by 70%.Aided in tracking various National servicemen for monthly call-ups by Creating specialized Excel macro-Programs to specifically filter out eligible servicemen from a Grand dataset sheet to efficiently speed up time such consuming processes via a click of a button. A participant for Tomowork talent accelerator program . In this project , I am a programmer for the task of writing a script to help in the creation of condensing multiple reports.- Contributed to the progress of the report by creating dynamic scripts to identify and locate key aspects of over 100 different points in the span of 4 different ESG (Environmental social and economic) reports.- Used OCR to cross reference over 6 categories of data of different reports with Microsoft power automate , allowing specific components of such reports to be laid out over the span of multiple excel rows. (with the help of a good friend of mine)- Pushed my ability to be more flexible by adapting to using microsoft power automate and having it to interact with excel.
