 Maintenance of office environment including building and facilities maintenance, security and office supplies. Attend quarterly tenants meeting for the building. Manage office space, ensure building maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Coordinating Office Team events and office project coordination as required

 Manage end to end payroll function and responsible to managing all payroll requirements (inc superannuation, PAYG Witholding, payroll tax and workcover)  Processing fortnightly, monthly and adhoc payrolls Completing year end payroll and balancing reports

 Ability to review and implement continual improvement process. Payroll implementation skills including acceptance and parallel testing Implementation of outsourced payroll services to large multi-national clients across the Asia Pacific region using SAP HR/Payroll 4.6C
