As a product manager at Nature's Pride, I was responsible for sourcing limes, passion fruit, physalis with husk, and papaya. Most of these products are shipped overseas in containers. My role involves connecting with strategic partners and ensuring a fresh supply of exotic fruits while prioritizing key factors such as social responsibility, sustainability, honesty and transparency, long-term viability, and of course, providing healthy and delicious fruits to our customers.

During my time at Bakker, I oversaw product management for exotics such as ginger, passion fruit, and fresh dates, as well as pineapples and the citrus category. My responsibilities expanded from managing the exotics basket to overseeing the entire citrus category.My primary role involved sourcing, programming, connecting, and managing accounts and supply bases. Additionally, Bakker Barendrecht formed a strategic partnership with Albert Heijn and Delhaize, and is a member of the Greenyard group.

When Jover took over N.J. Mulder and moved to Breda, I was a buyer and trader in fresh fruit and vegetables and also the leader of the buying team.

Initially, I began my career as a buyer at Bleiswijk, where I had the privilege of working under the guidance of the inspiring director, Martin Nieuwstraten. Under his leadership, we expanded our business operations to Eastern Europe and Russia. However, following his demise and Jover's appointment as the new director, N.J. Mulder relocated to Breda.During my tenure as a buyer and trader of fresh fruits and vegetables, I also served as the leader of the purchasing team for one year.

I began my career in fresh fruits and vegetables at Harva, where I learned invaluable skills from senior professionals. As part of my role, I focused on acquiring new clients and developing a new account base, specifically targeting customers in German-speaking countries like Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This involved procuring fresh produce and selling it to our clients, as well as managing the logistics. On many occasions, I spent afternoons organizing and building pallets that were then shipped off to my customers.Location Manager Harva España.I had the opportunity to establish an export company in Spain called Harva España. I lived in Valencia for 3 months and in Murcia for 4 months. I made connections with fruit and vegetable producers for exporting to the Netherlands and Poland.
