I supported leadership with strategic development projects, including successfully managing the separation of the Berries business into a separate entity (https://www.berriespride.com) and successfully designing and implementing a state-of-the-art statistical forecasting solution using R and Keras Tensorflow in Tibco Spotfire. I also worked on a state-of-the-art ripening model for avocado and other produce, which indicated the ideal moment to stop ripening and predicted optimal consumption based on storage temperature.

Successfully implemented a new strategy deployment using the Business Model Canvas, Information Pyramid, and Hoshin Kanri/X-bar method to drive change through the application of Lean, Theory of Constraints, and Six Sigma. This involved working with Nature's Pride and Bama Norway management to develop an improvement strategy, leading the Continuous Improvement team to standardize and improve processes, leading the R&D team in extending shelf life of produce, and utilizing forecasting code in R to predict volumes and revenues for planning purposes.
