Responsabilitati:Coordonarea, conducerea si imbunatatirea activitatii echipei de vanzari care este formata din 10 agenti in orase diferite.Imbunatatirea imaginii firmei prin schimbarea comportamentului / atitudinii intregii echipe de vanzari prin motivare si dezvoltare profesionala aferenta.Realizarea training-ului de vanzari persoanelor noi angajate.Urmarirea aprovizionarii optime, corecte si la timp a magazinelor.Monitorizarea vanzarilor si a incasarilor zilnice.Intocmirea la timp a diferitelor rapoarte.Realizarea interviurilor de angajare pe postul de agent vanzari.Cresterea vanzarilor, realizarea targetelor, implementare promotiilor si monitorizarea desfasurarii corecte a acestora,
