Leading and upgrading a pharmaceutical plant in Shanghai, establishing Western Standards in API production and quality. Scaling up manufacturing from Carbogen Amcis AG in Switzerland and producing as CMO, mainly on NCEs. The plant has in total 13 multi-purpose reactors ranging from 500 to 8000L. Carbogen Amcis is part of the Dishman Group.

Managing the Biotech Upstream Processing in Oss (NL), a production department of 100 people and fermentation and cell culture reactors from 10 to 20000 liters for ia monoclonal antibody production.

Managing chemical production Plant 4, a production department with 100 people and 50 multi purpose reactors for the synthesis of API's, including synthesis and HPLC purification of peptides. Production takes place for MSD and third parties.

Managing Chemical Department 2, a production department of 80 people and 30 multi purpose reactors for the synthesis of API's. Production takes place for Organon and third parties. In 4 years the efficiency was increased and number of people was reduced to 55.
