I have delivered high quality services to internal and external customers and clients which meet their needs and enable the British Council to achieve its objectives;-Deal directly with customers by phone, e-mail, and face-to-face;-Promote and cross-sell the British Council services;-Ensure safeguarding and guidelines are applied and upheld in line with standards and policy forareas such as Child Protection, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion;-Take responsibility for information provided to customers, both internal and external.Product owner: Cambridge exams:-I created and then provided the team with templates and a complex briefing, containing all the information about the Cambridge exams;-This information can be accessed by all colleagues. Moreover, I intended through all these descriptive materials to bring my contribution to the team.Achievements:• Positive feedback from customers but also from the team;• Gained experience in communicating with people, respectively with clients;• Improved my work skills in the following systems- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Salesforce);• Developed my communication skills: adaptability to new situations, the ability to solve and provide viable solutions;• As product owner of Cambridge exams, I was also part of the induction process for our new colleagues, delivering presentations regarding Cambridge exams and helping them understand how to use our Cambridge systems;• Took part in the outbound campaigns regarding transferring students from one class to another, the payment of instalments and presenting our courses offer after level tests.
