Key Accounts' management:• Developing and executing strategy for each of the allocated National Key Accounts• Analyze performance and results for each KA in own target in order to develop further key partnerships• Manage the promotional budget allocated and define priorities within the budget• POS activities3. Pharma sales force team management:• Leading a team of 6 medical representatives working with pharmacies on national level • Promotion execution following and reporting• On-field visits with reps, improving negotiation and sales skills• Pharma team potential development• Distribution Visibility and Recommendation (DVR) tracking

Organizing the work of the central Quality Comission which is constituted of 6 members. Responsible for the establishment of continued education system for professional development of Bulgarian pharmacists as well as for development and implementation of Good Pharmacy Practice Rules (approved by the Minister of health).
