The Team lead is the point of contact for the management team, dispatching, maintenance, turnaround teams and is the hierarchical manager to the employees of the day shift (4 FTE) and chemistry department (1 FTE).This role is part of my Management Potential development track within ENGIE. As a Production Technician you monitor the production process, ensuring the highest possible reliability, availability and efficiency of the units You Respond to changing demands, starting or stopping production resources on time and guaranteeing the quality, safety and emissions of the production units. This role is part of my Management Potential development track within ENGIE. ENGIE Provides me with an intensive on-the-job training in different operational areas.

Het ENGIE Management Traineeship, een programma om zoveel mogelijk van ENGIE te zien en mij zoveel mogelijk te ontwikkelen binnen het bedrijfsleven. Hierbij ben ik bezig geweest a.d.h.v. een op maat gemaakt programma, waarmee ik werk aan de strategische doelstellingen: digitalisering, decentralisatie en decarbonisatie. In twee jaar tijd heb ik 5 opdrachten uitgevoerd binnen verschillende afdelingen / onderdelen van het bedrijft. Dit zijn zowel verander-, ontwikkel-, meeloop of verbetertrajecten. De volgende opdrachten heb ik doorlopen: 1. Bij ENGIE Services Noord locatie Farmsum (4 maanden) heb ik een verbetertraject heb geïnitieerd voor de lokale werkplaats, mee heb gelopen als assistent projectleider bij de installatie van een black-start unit en heb ik dag-stops gecoördineerd bij een klant in de karton/papier sector. 2. Bij ENGIE Services Noord locatie Roden (5 maanden) heb ik twee businessproposities m.b.t. compliance en decomissioning ontwikkeld en heb ik geassisteerd bij het uitvoeren van meerdaagse onderhoud stops. 3. Bij ENGIE Energie in Zwolle gewerkt aan een verbeter/ontwikkel traject voor de afdeling en deze vervolgens in de markt gebracht.4. Bij ENGIE Services in Roden gewerkt als een onderdeel van het projecten team dat een grote PV installatie bij onze klant heeft gerealiseerd. Binnen dit heb ik de projectmanager geassisteerd bij strategische overleggen en de uitvoerder bij on-site werkzaamheden. 5. Bij ENGIE Services in Roden heb ik de functie correctief coördinator vervuld voor het onderhoudscontract bij Philips in Drachten. Naast de individuele opdrachten heb ik ook gewerkt aan een Business Case. Dit was een 1.5 jaar durende opdracht die ik samen heb gedaan met 9 mede trainees. Deze case geeft mij de kans om op strategisch niveau aan de slag te gaan met één van de organisatiedoelstellingen. Onze case had betrekking op de uitrol van het Sustanable Asset Management programma binnen ENGIE Nederland.
