Leading the development and implementation of SAP S4 ERP System in the NORAM Region. Responsible for approval of customizing efforts, testing, cutover, training, change management and Hypercare.

Manages and coordinates the all logistic and supply chain function across sub-functions such as acquisition, warehousing, distribution/transportation to meet business requirements; Develops, implements and monitors all logistics management activities required for the timely, efficient and safe transportation and warehousing of incoming and outgoing materials.Manages Supply Chain personnel and functions including customer service, pricing, exports and inventory planning to achieve best in class customer service levels with cost efficiency. Finds and implements business process opportunities to improve the efficiency of the AII order to cash process; Ensure proper training for supply chain personnel in customer master data management and SAP.Functional and personnel management of 7 employees.

Ensuring Compliance with all U.S. and foreign customs and export regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all import/export programs both domestically and internationally, interfacing with various governmental agencies involving the transportation of goods, driving the company’s trade compliance strategy and developing strategies for logistics procurement for both domestic and international transportation were the main responsibilities Functional and personnel management of 5 employees.

The position of the Global Business Advisor (GBA) – Logistics was responsible for the implementation if the SAP – Modules SD, PP and MM in a global scope.The definition of the requirements and the approval of the designed processes were a major task of this position.I was able to acquire a deep knowledge of the SAP – System during this assignment, not only through training courses (up to Level 3 – Training), but also through customizing activities in the project phase.

Responsible for the logistic processes in a Business Unit (BU) with the professional supervision of 6 employees. The core role of this position was the global steering of intermediates demands and the resulting Production Rough Planning of the German production plants. Additional responsibilities were Capacity Planning, annual Sales Planning and logistic consulting / development of logistics concepts with the objective of service and cost optimization.This position included the responsibility for the apprenticeship activities and the complaint management.

Responsible for Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Monitoring, coordination of global raw material demands, introduction new products and logistic consulting in a Business Group with a sales volume of 250 Mio. Euro.
