Manage a team (8) of direct staff including Design Consultants (4), Project Manager, Driver, Storeroom Manager, and Cleaner, and teams (5) of cabinetry installers. Deliver between 4 - 10 completed projects per month to achieve a business turnover of ZAR13mil (EU830k) pa. Build and maintain strong relations with customers, suppliers, franchisor, and employees.Operations Management• Ensure business conforms with the franchised businesses operated in accordance with the Business System, while protecting and promoting the corporate image and Goodwill associated with the Franchisor.• Identify and resolve daily product/installation challenges and non-conforming product issues.• Inspect outbound/dispatched goods and conducted random sampling of product quality. Perform frequent visual inspections of what to root out tolerance and compliance issues.• Benchmark changing product trends by studying local markets, blueprints, product designs and specifications.• Estimate financial requirements of new, old, or changing projects.• Determine quality department standards, practices, and procedures, and establish and track goals and objectives.Marketing & Business Development• Create and deliver regional and national marketing campaigns for billboards, pole ads, google ads and social media (ZAR220k budget) and instore marketing material (ZAR210k budget) per store.• Create and maintain relations focused on developers and builders to establish new business.• Focus on relational sales methods in store and utilize product knowledge and technical advice to conclude walk-in sales and gain customer trust.HR Management• Manage and train installation teams and conduct quality assurance on products and services through on-site evaluations and customer surveys. • Resolve conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties. • Monitor social media and online sources for industry trends, marketing initiatives and outcomes for stores.
