My role within the company as a Multi-Skilled Engineer is to ensure all Plant equipment is maintained to the highest standards. This includes carrying out Site Audits and ensuring log books are in suitable condition and up to date. Maintenance & repairs would also include:  Plant room, Tenant and L/L lighting.  Checking operations of BMS Systems controls and fault logs.  Working with various BMS control systems.  Ensuring VRV’s, splits, CHW and HTG pumps, motors, pressurization units, boilers, chillers, calorfiers booster pumps are performing at their optimum performance.  Replacing panel / bag filters and belts in supply – extract AHU’s, ensuring airflow is adequate.  Replacing or retro fitting new combi, digital ballast drivers and transformers for lighting.  Fitting new L.E.D conversions lighting installations, L.E.D strip lights, L.E.D spotlights, recessed lighting.  Refurbishing fan decks. Replacement of new fan motors and scrolls and testing.  Fitting new fan motors, inverter P.C.B.S, condensate pumps, contactors.  Fitting new points of use Heatrae Sadia’s, taps, A.A.V’s, radiators, cisterns, 4 port valves, heating & cooling coils in F.C.U’s.
