Originally an analytical, versatile creative with experience from the world of design, branding, illustration, journalism, advertising, web and agile product development, and education. Entrepreneurial aspirations led to business development, several startups and spending a few years as CEO of a small international agency with offices in Stockholm and Tokyo. Past assignments include such diverse challenges as leading agile and digital transformations, setting up and running in-house innovation teams, transforming and growing digital business, brand and business development, designing for print and digital, and making custom made furniture for display and trade fairs. I've also traded with interior design, representing and building Scandinavian brands on the Japanese market.I've been partner at a management consultant agency, involved in the startup and development of two separate design agencies, and was the principal architect behind a Euro-Asian trading agency, establishing the company HQ, subsidiary and branch office in Tokyo back in 2009. One foot in design, the other in strategy, product and business development. Though often considered polar opposites, this split vision insight into distinctly different areas of expertise have proved extremely useful both in my entrepreneurial efforts and in my work as a change agent. --Bottom line: I'm a creative problem solver first.
