For over 6 years, I am testing the following 2 Spirent Communications L4L7 Traffic Generator products alongside a variety of hardware/ virtual appliances:- Avalanche Commander (desktop application);- Cyberflood (web application); Main activities:1. PV Owner on new features: - Develop Test Cases and create Test Plans for new features based on the User Stories defined; - New Feature Testing (Manual and Automated Tests); - Create, configure, execute and debug different Automated Regression suites for the new features implemented;2. Release Testing Activities: - Execute Acceptance test cases in order to assess the already existing functionality; - 100% Execution Test Coverage based on defined plan; - Generated report for each activity performed during release cycle;3. Jenkins Automation Framework: - Automated Regression is one of the principal my main activities in this project; - Regression Testing (Create, Configure, Execute and Debug Automated Regression tests) for different hardware/ software appliances; - Develop/ Improve/ Adjust Jenkins jobs for Automated Regressions, upgrading devices, deploying virtual instances; - Modify and configure current Jenkins jobs; - Perform debugging activities for failed/ NA tests; - Debugging procedure has a new approach, and results are collected in ElasticSearch database ﴾Kibana﴿. 4. Performance Testing: - Performance testing on new hardware platforms (for determining the hardware capacity of new platforms)5. On demand tasks needed for release cycles - Additional tasks opened for custom testing scenarios investigation;- Troubleshooting activities; - Reporting defects with proper information;- Attending in daily PV Scrum meetings; Most used tools: Jira, Jenkins, TestLink, Origin, VMware, Linux, ESXi, KVM, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform;
