Instrumental in opening 5 high-end boutique properties in Doha, Qatar – responsibilities included recruitment of senior management and line staff, development of individual standard operating procedures for all hotels, budgeting and forecasting, analysis of property layout and guest room configuration, development of marketing strategies, including third-party and online booking engines.
