Hi, I'm Stefan, an Agile Coach and Trainer...why I'm successful? I have a huge secret you never should tell anyone: I like my job. Sounds quite simple, but that is it. No matter what I do, I stick with it. I think that's the reason why I achieve success quickly and I am looking forward to meeting you, to realizing your visions and most of all I am looking forward to the "jobs to be done" every single day.As an agile coach and mentor for personal development, my goal is to support organizations and their teams. Together we want to find an approach that leads to a more focused way of learning and a fast and fearless adaptation to change. The goals are to reduce waste, increase output and simply having more fun at work. As an agile facilitator and meeting architect I always try to participate as little as possible in the discussions on the topic of the meeting. My primary focus is on creating the conditions for effective group processes to achieve the goals for which the meeting was organized. For me, being an agile trainer means saying goodbye to fixed, detailed planned seminar procedures in terms of content and time. I like to use different learning settings, blended learning as well as new learning concepts like "training from the back of the room".
