In charge of the Honduran operations of a multi million dollar NGO with 220+ local staff, focused on childcare and medical care. Programs include residential care programs for at-risk children, family strengthening and reintegration programs, schools and medical clinics, as well as girls' empowerment programs and a transition home designed together with UNHCR and the Honduran government to act as a gate-keeping mechanism and family tracing program for children potentially entering the alternative care system.

Active participation in the evaluation of a number of micro-finance companies and organizations throughout Latin America. Acquisition and analysis of financial data; participation in on-site evaluations of micro-finance firms in Columbia, Nicaragua and Peru; participation in evaluation committees and in the writing of reports in English and in Spanish.
