He has lived there for over 15 years and has found his new home. Through various educational paths with training and studies, his passion for cars has always accompanied him.After starting his career as a design engineer, Stefan's focus has increasingly shifted from technology to processes, methods and relationships through his roles as project leader, team leader and project manager. For more than 5 years now, Stefan has been an expert in agile working methods with a focus on transformation, training & coaching, and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).What does Agile mean to Stefan? For him, the term stands for effectiveness and efficiency paired with an attractive organization. In other words, doing the right things together in the right way. On the way to this goal he accompanies organizations and develops with them demand-oriented solutions in a participative way. In doing so, he is helped by his open communication and empathic character.In his free time, Stefan balances his workday with sailing in his small dinghy on Lake Ammersee in the summer or on the ski slopes in the region around Salzburg in the winter.
