This includes;  Supporting eighty users and their associated requirements, including Active Directory management, Windows VPN, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS & WSUS for Windows Updates. Support end user devices ­ local desktop machines, tablet devices, mobile devices, peripherals, secure printing devices. Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Exchange NAC controller. Provide remote support via TeamViewer Pro for all users. Support of network layer, switches, router and Linux based network access control server and its associated policies. Support and management of wireless LAN and associated hardware, access points, WLAN controller. On­going development of Windows 10 Professional image for multiple vendors deployed viaWindows Deployment Server. Support bespoke Legal diary system. Manage SpiceWorks Helpdesk System. Manage Microsoft BitLocker full disk encryption.Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all ICT related projects. Responsible for budgeting and procuring equipment/services inline with business needs. Maintain excellent working relationships with users and suppliers. Manage all helpdesk queries via SpiceWorks Helpdesk system. Produce knowledge base articles and documentation to aid in the delivering of training to end users on new systems and policies. Face to face training of staff members on all associated equipment.
