As a management consultant, I have been helping clients navigate through complex change. I am also a certified Getting Things Done Trainer, where I coach and teach individuals and teams in the art of stress free productivity. My experience spans over a variety of clients and stakeholders, at various levels, from industries such as steel production, telecom, medtech and financial services. The specific areas that have been addressed has also varied, from specialized areas such as trade compliance, case management, process orientation/improvement to personal productivity.The common denominator has always been complex change, both on an organizational level down to the individual.

I worked within Business Development & Strategy as a project manager driving projects and initiatives connected to business process management, focusing primarily on the business modelling and requirements disciplines. During my time as a project manager I have also worked with education towards the line organization, use case design, acceptance testing, process modelling and production start-up/coordination.

After the international trainee year I continued my work within Business Development & Strategy in SEB as a work stream leader, focusing primarily on process and requirements analysis.

I participated in the one year international trainee program within SEB. Through the program, I developed a strong network within the bank and a broad perspective of the banks business. The year offered hands on experience within many of the business units, alongside educational sessions including Project management, sales technique, communication technique, self leadership and negotiation technique.

Parallel my university studies I worked part time developing web based solutions for Barycent. This involved constructing internal administrative web based solutions, to be used within the Barycent as well as performing pure web design.

The purpose of Effector 3D was to create 3D models and animations primarily targeted for advertising agencies. This was performed through software as 3DS Max, Lightwave 3D, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
