Throughout my time as a volunteer I have developed many skills including: project management, bugeting and public speaking. While I have occupied the mentouring position at Think-Up Academy in the Public Relations department I have developed the necessary skill to write an article, develop newsletters and much more. As a member of Interact Transilvania I have taken part in many project, and I have even been the project manager of Tête-à-tête. Thus, I learned a lot about how to manage a team and make sure everything gets done on time.
