I focus on supporting scientists in their strategy and communication tasks, which includes support for research proposals but also in the development and realisation of long-term ambitions. My extensive experience in excellent research environment has endowed with a knack for developing ambitious research plans. My inquisitive character and strategic thinking are underpinned by excellent writing and communication skills and a personal interest in modern online communication tools.I have experience in:- founding and running a company providing services in the life sciences sector since 2002- financial and personnel responsibilities for a team of 10- motivating and leading a team - writing research and communication project proposals for up to 12 M€ including ERC grants of all stages- evaluating for the EC research and science communication project proposals- developing science communication activities fostering public engagement through innovative formats- science and arts projects- 3D visualisation and molecular animation- teaching and workshops for grant writing and effective scientific communication- biomedical research in leading European research institutions- grant management of projects within FP6, FP7 and Horizon2020 and national programmes (FWF, FFG)
