My specialization and work for clients all over the world emphases in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial litigation and insolvency law.I am an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer with substantial and long-standing experience in the area of (cross-border) M&A deals in Austria and CEE, national and international joint ventures and reorganizations. I received an LL.M. and Ph.D. law degree of the Karl-Franzens University of Graz, Austria and a postgraduate law degree of the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.As honorary professor of the University of Applied Sciences CAMPUS 02 in Graz, I teach corporate law and insolvency law. At the University of Graz I give a lecture on international contract law. In my area of expertise, I have published various scientific papers and books.
