Led a project team that was responsible for delivering a full competitive materials package in large mobile phone development projects, ultimately preparing for high volume mass production. The environment was highly complex and with multiple stakeholders and suppliers where on-time delivery, quality and cost was of critical importance. Life-time spend value per phone between 500-1000 MEUR.

- Manager for outsourcing of surface decoration services and related materials. Tasks included sourcing and qualification of suppliers, capacity management, price negotiations, logistic solutions and agreement writing. Acted as sourcing function within projects. The position was global with suppliers in Europe, Asia and Americas.- Stationed in the US 8/2005 – 8/2006 to build and develop the Americas supplier base within surface decoration.

- Managed the supplier base of components for mobile phone antennas. The environment was project based, which meant sourcing and negotiating parts and tooling for projects. Involved in relocating the supplier base from Sweden to Asia following the company's move of production from Sweden to China and Malaysia.- Stationed in Singapore 10/2002 – 8/2003 to develop the relationships with the suppliers in Asia and give purchasing support to local projects.

Buyer of electronic components within development of products for telecom infrastructure. Member of projects where the main task was to prepare components for builds and ramp-up by estimating and forecasting volumes to the suppliers and distributors. Member of strategic sourcing team for active components where strategies for the supplier base was developed and annual price negotiations performed.

Buyer of mechanical components for heating elements. Tasks included materials management, RFQs and price negotiations and covered a wide range of areas, including metal, rubber and plastic parts.
