Process Development - Heat Treatment/ Hagfors, Sweden.• Ensure heat treatment curves meet the required consistency and structure of steel to satisfy the customers’ needs• Optimize heat treatment curves to ensure compatibility with company furnaces• Locate optimal heat treatment curves for process improvement• Investigate and find the cause of any problems with the consistency/hardness after heat treatment• Supervise newly developed steels, which are not ready for the market yet, throughout entire process. From the electric arc furnace through the forging mill/hot rolling mill, heat treatment and the machine department• Observe and document entire process from beginning to end, to assist with root cause analysis and determine which methods are suitable for different types of steel grade• Liaison between product development team and production team, to ensure that production runs smoothly• Make sure that de product development department receive the information that is needed so that the steel grade can be developed in the right direction• Support the customer service team in cases of customer issue resolution.• Supervise new projects which is not included in our ordinary products• Responsible for the steel exchange, regarding the powder metal steel grades from ingot to finished bar

Process Development - Hot Rolling Mills Hagfors, Sweden• Responsible for the steel exchange, from ingot to finished bar• Investigate causes of cassation , making changes in the production where possible to prevent future issues• Support management in process integration of rolling mills • Manage the following processes in the hot rolling mills: heat treatment and machining• Develop ratio within the process as a help to realize which part of the process is the weakest• Supervise steel with known problems through complete process. Locate document and resolve issues with chain as they arise• Support and provide technical assistance to Customer Service Team in instances where customer issue resolution is necessary • Provide technical assistance to Sales Team when needed• Supervise steel rolling process. Provide documentation to Product Development Team
