In addition, perform work on Non-Standard Equipment issues and requirements and associated databases (NS-E MENS Database).Utilizing LIW, LEXIS, USAFMSA, AE2S, PBUSE and other databases, responsible for producing customized logistics management reports to track equipment fill status at unit level. Analyzes supply status and assists in resolving supply and equipment readiness challenges. Evaluate equipment visibility and availability of AMC managed items to ensure assets are on hand to fill requirements. Coordinate with the LCMC POCs on availability or other equipping sourcing solutions for AMC managed LINs in support of the Combined Equipping Conference and ARFORGEN Equipping Synchronization Conferences. After attending introduction LMP training, queried LMP data by using tools like I2Log, ILAP and LIWs 360 Degree Logistics to assist BCT with obtaining depot assets to fill shortages. Attended the Decision Support Tool (DST) DCO training provided by LOGSA. After this training, I now provide analysis of sourcing solutions based on DST recommendations. Working with the DOIM, created a shared “G” drive for the branch; also assisted the branch in developing a SharePoint site for the branch. Both of these shared drive endeavors assisted the branch with data collaboration.As the Huntsville lead for the HQ AMC G4 LMI QRI, I was responsible for all PSMR’s required by the prime contractor VT-Group. Teamed with CALIBRE to provide subcontract work to Analytical Solutions Inc. (ASI) Work included the daily monitoring of the ILAP maintenance, supply and finance data for all Army units station CONUS and OCONUS. In addition to monitoring, I pulled and processed Standard Army Maintenance System 2 Enhanced (SAMSE) data from those sites. Additionally, I provided the analysis of the SAMSE data that was being fielded to various units. Coordinated with automation personnel at various sites around the world to resolve Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) issues that affected maintenance reporting. Attended in-depth SAMS1E and SAMS2E training with the developers of SAMSE. Provided Joint Application Development with WESTAR to develop an interface capability between Unit Level Logistics Systems Aviation Enhanced (ULLSAE) and SAMSE. Provide desktop and formal classroom ILAP and SAMSE training to military and civilian students. Was the Huntsville team lead for MAT responsible for the management of sub-contract obligations dealing with personnel, finance and work load management.As it related to ILAP, provided Army logistics functional support for software development and enhancements relating to emerging ERP instances, such as Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-Army), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), and Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP).
