I excel in re-tests and rigorous regression testing to maintain product integrity.Strategic Test Planning: I lead meticulous test plan and test case reviews, working closely with product managers and the development team to uphold the highest quality standards.Client-Centric Issue Resolution: I am the primary contact for client-reported issues, bridging the gap between clients and our teams. My role includes identifying root causes, validating workarounds, and communicating comprehensive resolutions effectively.Automation & Optimization: I proactively evaluate and implement advanced automation tools, addressing performance bottlenecks and advocating enhancements for efficiency.Standardization & Collaboration: I promote standardization within our team, ensuring meticulous documentation and facilitating seamless technology releases.Release Management: I oversee product releases, collaborating with product management and engineering for timely, well-documented releases.Team Leadership: I motivate team members to achieve individual and collective goals effectively.AI & Automation: I’ve pursued learning in AI for automation, enhancing our processes and elevating product quality.Comprehensive Testing: Guiding a comprehensive QA program, I address all testing dimensions, ensuring seamless production deployments aligned with business requirements.In essence, my role encompasses implementing product testing and automation, maintaining a structured testing schedule.
