I am Tech Lead .Net/.Net Core Software Developer but my people skills are normally what draw people to me. In my teams I am normally the person that will take the time to get to know every person part of my team on a deeper level to understand how to work along side them better. I am an adaptive peacemaker according to my Enneagram results. I don't particularly enjoy conflict but also dont shy away from speaking my mind when I disagree with anyone.In my free time you can find me either training in some form of martial arts or just fitness training in general.
