Stefan Janic is Experienced Associate in the Public Sector Department within PwC office in Belgrade. November 2017 – Present | PwC Serbia, GGF PMU | Role: CoordinatorAs PMU coordinator, Stefan was mostly responsible for overall assistance to Project Management Unit Lead of The Good Governance Fund (GGF) in Serbia in more than 10 projects within, dealing with logistics, financial monitoring and project administration through monitoring of experts days spent in each project within GGF, cooperation and support to projects’ team members/experts, collecting, populating and quality checking reports on monthly and quarterly basis, updating Risk Log, projects’ Gantt chart, collecting data, sorting, populating and quality assurance of project files/templates, supporting organisation of important meetings, events and workshops.2015 – 2016 | “Mid-term Review of Regional Housing Programme”, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro | Role: Technical assistantThe purpose of the MTR was to provide an overall independent assessment of the RHP’s achievements to-date, lessons learned, and how they relate to the overall objectives of the programme including its contribution to reconciliation. In addition, the MTR was expected to propose concrete and actionable recommendations for adjusting the resources needed and the implementation plan, in order for the RHP to achieve its goals.Stefan was engaged as a Technical Assistant on “Mid-term Review of Regional Housing Programme” responsible for coordination of meetings between Beneficiaries, Key stakeholders and project engagement team in 4 Beneficiary countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro) and interviews with them, taking minutes, research of Rulebooks and Guidelines within the project, involved in drafting questionnaires, reports etc.
