I love to surf. While I learned it years ago I was thinking about how I'd like to share that experience with others but there was a problem: Learning how to surf is complicated and depends on weather conditions. After some consideration I started my own company to pursue this dream off developing a electric jet surf board. A few prototypes later, last year was the moment to present my final board. I didn't expect it to be easy, but looking back there are so many things I learned. From sketching, creating pitch decks, finding suppliers, making bad and expensive decisions to poorly working prototypes I came to better decisions and continuous improvements on every prototype stage. Connecting B2B and B2C needs through automation with the help of IoT opened many different new solutions for all parties.
